Chief Finance and Business Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Chipping Campden School as our Chief Finance and Business Officer (CFBO), a senior strategic leadership role and key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will provide leadership across finance and HR, helping to shape the school's long\-term financial sustainability, risk management, workforce planning and commercial development. Working closely with the Principal, Trustees and senior leaders, the CFBO will play a pivotal role in ensuring that resources are aligned with the school's ambitious educational priorities and future development.

The Selection Process
Our selection process will be designed to explore your professional expertise and how you think, lead and exercise judgement as a senior leader.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a two day selection process on 12 November 2026 and 13 November 2026\. Further information about the process will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
References will be taken up following successful shortlisting, prior to the interview, using the details provided in your application.
