With our current Chief Executive planning to retire in early 2027, Enjoy Leisure is seeking an exceptional leader to guide the organisation into its next phase of growth and success.

You will have overall responsibility for the successful governance, management and development of Enjoy East Lothian Ltd (the company).

You will direct and lead the Executive Management Team to ensure the delivery of the company’s business strategy, operating plans, annual performance, annual financial arrangements and service and social outcomes.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will provide clear and responsive leadership to around 300 colleagues working across our headquarters, six major facilities and a range of smaller sites throughout

East Lothian.

Our new Chief Executive will:

• Combine strategic thinking with skilled operational delivery


• Identify new opportunities for growth


• Secure investment, support and funding


• Ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of sport, leisure and wellbeing services


• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation while

delivering meaningful outcomes that improve lives and strengthen

communities

• Bring proven executive leadership experience, outstanding stakeholder management skills, strong financial and governance expertise, and a passion for creating sustainable services that make a lasting difference.
