- Relief/Temp Chef positions
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Assisting with stock control, prep lists, and kitchen organisation
- Working effectively within a team and adapting to different kitchen environments
- Following menus and instructions from senior chefs or head chefs
- Strong understanding of food safety and allergen awareness
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Variety of venues and kitchen styles
