Charge Nurse - Cedars Ward (Male Old Age)
An opportunity has arisen to join Cedars ward as a Band 6 Charge nurse.
Cedars is a 10 bedded male older adult unit specialising in organic mental illness such as dementia and cognitive impairment.
You’ll be working alongside dedicated multidisciplinary teams, using your skills to deliver person\-centred care in line with our values of kindness, fairness, ingenuity and determination.
Duties include but are not limited to ;
acting as a role model and nurse in charge
completing risk assessments and care plans
supporting with clinical and management supervision
providing holistic care to patients living with dementia
Supporting carers and families of those admitted to the ward
Completing audits and acting on the findings
