Centre Manager - Wiltshire Tyres & Autocentre (Chippenham Branch)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Depot Manager to oversee the daily operations of our centre. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive environment for both staff and customers. This role requires a proactive approach to management, ensuring that all activities align with the company's goals and objectives.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday \- 08:00 \- 17:30


• No weekends

• Lead and manage the centre's operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.


• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.


• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.


• Conduct regular analysis of performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.


• Maintain open lines of communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as organisational policies.


• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.


• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals.

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably within a similar environment.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.


• Excellent communication skills in English.


• Demonstrated analytical skills for assessing performance data and making informed decisions.


• Ability to build rapport with customers and staff from various backgrounds.


• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
