Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our compassionate team in providing essential care and assistance. Based in Stockport and East Cheshire, this role is vital in helping us deliver our mission of supporting independence and well\-being for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote emotional well\-being.
- Assist with daily chores and practical tasks within the home.
- Support clients with personal care needs while respecting their dignity.
- Follow care plans tailored to each individual's requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Promote independence and empower clients to perform daily activities.
- Qualifications
- Valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Experience or background in home care or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Reliable and punctual attitude.
Pay: £13\.00\-£24\.00 per hour
