Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert physiotherapy services tailored to women's health needs, including pelvic floor dysfunction, postnatal recovery, and other related conditions. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through personalised care and evidence\-based practices. The position is self employed on a revenue split basis and suitable for individuals committed to advancing their expertise within a supportive clinical environment.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with women’s health concerns, including pelvic floor issues, pregnancy\-related conditions, and postnatal recovery.
- Develop and implement customised treatment plans based on physiological principles and individual patient needs.
- Provide hands\-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and education to optimise recovery and function.
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment programmes accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, and self\-management strategies to promote long\-term health benefits.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as obstetricians, gynaecologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in women’s health physiotherapy through continuous professional development.
- recognised qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Proven hospital experience working within a clinical setting specialising in women’s health or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to women’s health conditions.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with current evidence\-based practices in women’s health physiotherapy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
