Responsibility
As a Care Assistant you will be enabling people to live as independently as possible in their homes.
- Offering companionship,
- Personal care,
- Medication,
- Aid in preparing meals,
- Shopping,
- Housework
- Assist with community support
- Full Care certificate training
- Free uniform
- Flexible working patterns
All staff are provided PPE.
Qualifications
- Experience in patient care
- Knowledge of home care practices
- Ability to administer medication and perform first aid
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient in communication and reporting processes
As a Care Assistant, you will be integral to providing compassionate support to individuals in their homes.
You will be reporting directly to the care manager.
Your role involves ensuring the well\-being of clients in accordance to the care needs. Your driving skills will be essential for transportation needs.
Strong communication and writing skills will facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members.
Fostering a nurturing and safe environment to clients.
Pay: £13\.00 per hour
