Waverley Carers is Dumbarton, Helensburgh, Balloch and Garleocheads first Nurse\-Led Care at Home Service.

We are looking for exceptional Care Professionals to support growth and expansion.

Waverley Carers is building bespoke, relationship\-led care packages in Dumbarton and we are seeking exceptional care professional to support our clients

This is not high\-volume, time\-pressured care.

This is thoughtful, person\-led support delivered properly with a senior nurse Care Manager

We are intentionally building continuity, trust, and long\-term consistency.

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Is a car driver with access to a vehicle

✔ Is calm, emotionally intelligent and observant
✔ Wants to grow with a developing package

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times


• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation


• Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life


• Document care provided accurately and report any changes in health or behaviour to relevant professionals


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery


• Utilise IT systems to update records and manage schedules efficiently


• Drive company vehicles when required to support home care visits or outings


• Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety regulations

Skills

• Valid driving licence and access to a car


• Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care services is desirable but not essential


• Ability to develop, understand, and follow care plans


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English


• Proficiency with online systems for record keeping and communication purposes


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively


• Compassionate nature with a professional attitude towards client wellbeing


• Good interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families

This role will begin with a smaller number of hours and increase as the care plans evolve. We are building this carefully and sustainably.
