Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal - Independent Practice

We are seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team at a busy independent veterinary practice in Helensburgh, Scotland. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role within our practice by providing excellent customer and veterinary services to our clients and pets whilst being an integral part of a long standing and successful team.

Role

• 35\.5 hours per week (Includes 3 Saturdays in 8\)


• Fixed 4 day a week rota. Mix of Surgery and Consults.


• Occasional sole charge due to holiday cover.


• No out of hours.

• RCVS Registered


• Will consider new graduates for the right candidate however experience would be preferred.


• Excellent clinical care in both consultations and surgery.


• Strong organisational and time management skills.


• Working collaboratively and proactively with the veterinary and practice team.


• Building strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.


• Ability to multitask and adaptibility skills essential due to the wide range of services provided to both pets and sometimes wild animals.


• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast\-paced environment.


• Hardworking and enthusiastic.
