Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs and preferences


• Coordinate daily care activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services


• Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance and leadership to uphold high standards of care


• Maintain clear communication channels with , families, healthcare professionals, and team members to ensure transparency and trust


• Manage documentation related to care plans, incident reports, and progress notes accurately using IT systems


• Oversee transportation arrangements for residents’ appointments or outings, including driving when necessary


• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and promote best practices within the care environment

• Proven experience in senior care or a related healthcare setting, with supervising or leadership responsibilities preferred


• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams


• Ability to develop comprehensive care plans that meet individual needs and regulatory standards


• Valid driving license with the ability to drive residents when required


• Experience working within a care home environment is highly desirable


• Proficiency in IT systems for documentation and communication purposes


• Demonstrated supervisory experience with a compassionate approach to eldercare
