At The Elms we provide residential care for the elderly and frail and residents that are living with dementia. Our aim is to maintain and improve our residents’ abilities so they can live their life in a meaningful and fulfilling way. THE ROLE
We are looking for a Part time Care Assistant days evening and nights.
As a Care Assistant you will support residents within the care home, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. Following care plans; assisting with personal care, supporting with mealtimes, using specialized equipment and documenting all tasks carried out. The role of a Care Assistant is as varied as it is fulfilling. The hours for this vacancy is full time or part time including every other weekend, over time is available.
We encourage and support all of our team to have the opportunity to complete their diploma in Health and Social Care.
