Health Care Assistants Wanted

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility needs


• Monitor residents’ health and well\-being, reporting any changes or concerns promptly to senior staff


• Follow individual care plans meticulously to ensure tailored support for each resident


• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times


• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and team members to promote understanding and reassurance


• Support residents in engaging with activities that enhance their quality of life


• Qualifications


• Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided


• Ability to communicate clearly in English


• Excellent communication skills to build trustful relationships with residents and colleagues


• A caring attitude with the ability to respond calmly in challenging situations


• Must be available to work alternative weekends

Rates of pay: £12\.85 weekday and £13\.85 for weekends
