Care Assistant – Domiciliary Care (Punjabi & Urdu Speaking Preferred)

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person\-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting clients with mobility and safe transfers
- Assisting with medication in line with care plans and company policies
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate daily care records
- Ensuring clients’ homes remain safe, clean, and comfortable
- Communicating effectively with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Following safeguarding, health \& safety, and infection control procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Kind, compassionate, and dependable individuals
- Good spoken and written English
- Punjabi and/or Urdu speaking skills are highly desirable, as many of the individuals we support communicate in these languages
- Right to work in the UK (please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
- Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged during onboarding)
- Drivers are preferred; access to your own vehicle would be an advantage, but is not essential
