At Oakley Lodge Care Home, we are actively looking for keen, enthusiastic and caring staff for our dementia and learning disability home. Oakley Lodge consists of two adjacent properties, where we care for a maximum of 12 residents with learning disability, autism and dementia. We pride ourselves on excellent care and a homely environment.

If you have experience as a carer, or are considering entering the role, we would love to hear from you. What we expect;

• Experience preferred but not essential however a caring and compassionate attitude is.


• NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care desirable or a willingness to undertake the qualification


• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English


• Must be able to work flexible hours

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: £12\.80\-£14\.05 per hour

• Luton LU4 9PX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
