At Villette, we share our courtyard with Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke, and every weekday we cook lunch for their team — plus the occasional catering job for their meetings, events, and special occasions. The food follows the same values as the rest of Villette: seasonal ingredients, real food made from scratch, nothing assembled just to save time.
We're looking for someone who takes a simple lunch service seriously: good ingredients, real cooking, and a kitchen that's calm and on top of things by the time service starts.

What you'll be doing
- Cook and serve weekday lunch for MS staff, plus occasional catering — breakfast, coffee breaks, snacks — for their meetings and events
- Plan weekly menus around what's seasonal and good
- Keep food quality, presentation, and timing on point so service runs without drama
- Manage stock, ordering, and storage — nothing wasted, nothing running short
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards across the kitchen
What we need from you
- Previous experience as a chef, cook, or canteen/kitchen professional — tell us where
- Comfortable running a morning service independently, start to finish
- Solid food safety and hygiene know\-how
- Organizational skills and time management
- A steady, positive presence and team\-oriented approach
