Job Title: Buying Administration Assistant
Location: Chesterfield, S44 6AE
Salary: Dependent on experience
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8\.30am to 5pm (30 min lunch) – Office based
Hours: 40 hours per week
Type of Role: Temporary (3 – 6 months)
About the Role
This role is required to support our Buying department with the following tasks:
- *Accurate data input*
- *Using excellent customer service to handle internal and external queries*
- *Updating reports and systems*
- *Process, generate and issue accurate purchase order to suppliers in a timely manner*
- *Chasing suppliers for delivery updates*
- *The ability to work in a fast paced environment*
- *Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at a time*
- *Proficient excel skills*
- *Keen eye for detail*
- *Excellent communication and customer service skills*
- *A reliable team player with a professional and supportive approach*
