Business Sales Executive
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business sales executives to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue through strategic outreach, community engagement, and relationship management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and business development.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and possess strong connections within local communities, including Gurdwaras, Temples, social organisations, community groups, educational institutions, and cultural associations. The role is paid and ideal for proactive professionals eager to contribute to organisational success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, community engagement, and outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long\-term partnerships.
- Establish and nurture connections with local community leaders, religious institutions, social organisations, and educational networks to generate business opportunities and referrals.
- Represent the organisation at community events, networking gatherings, seminars, cultural programs, and local business forums.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
- Promote the organisation's services through community outreach, referral networks, and strategic partnerships.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well\-connected within local communities and able to build relationships with stakeholders in Gurdwaras, Temples, social organisations, cultural associations, and community groups.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and business opportunities through networking and community engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of industry\-specific market dynamics is advantageous but not mandatory.
Pay: £25,000\.00\-£38,000\.00 per year
