Key Responsibilities:
Project Support and Leadership:
- Support and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Provide technical expertise to project teams.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
- Cross\-Functional Collaboration
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, structural engineers, and
- environmental specialists.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
- Quality Assurance
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the integrity of engineering designs.
- Review project deliverables to maintain the highest standards.
- Innovation
- Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best
- practices.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven record of successful
- project contributions.
- Working towards or holding Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognised institution
- (e.g., ICE) is desirable.
- Proficiency in industry\-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and advanced structural
- analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials.
- Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- A strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and engineering excellence.
