Civil Engineer (Water)

Projects:

Infrastructure: Trunk mains, distribution mains, and strategic connections.

Non\-Infrastructure: Production site civils and structural alterations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support and Leadership:

• Support and manage projects from initiation to completion.


• Provide technical expertise to project teams.


• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


• Client Engagement


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.


• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored solutions.


• Cross\-Functional Collaboration


• Work with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, structural engineers, and


• environmental specialists.


• Promote a collaborative and inclusive working environment.


• Quality Assurance


• Implement quality control procedures to ensure the integrity of engineering designs.


• Review project deliverables to maintain the highest standards.


• Innovation


• Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best


• practices.

• Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).


• A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven record of successful


• project contributions.


• Working towards or holding Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognised institution


• (e.g., ICE) is desirable.


• Proficiency in industry\-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and advanced structural


• analysis tools.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials.


• Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and teamwork capabilities.


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.


• A strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and engineering excellence.
