We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, and analytically minded individual to join our team as a <strong>Business Performance Manager</strong>. <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Be the POC with the company leadership (C-Level, Founders &amp; SVPs)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives to get to our Business Plan</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define the reporting frameworks of our commercial teams to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth</span></li>

<div class="p-rich_text_section"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You are a highly business-driven, detail-oriented professional with a proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges. You thrive in fast-paced settings and have the skills to manage multiple priorities with ease.</span></div>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution</span></li>
