We’re currently expanding our Nottingham team and looking for ambitious, career\-driven individuals to join us as Business Management Trainees within our growing Sales \& Marketing company. Working alongside national and international brands, you’ll gain hands\-on experience across customer acquisition, business development, sales strategy, leadership, and team management in a fast\-paced and people\-focused environment.

This is an entry\-level opportunity designed for individuals who want more than a standard 9–5 role and are looking for genuine progression, professional development, and long\-term career growth within business and management.

No previous management experience is required. Full training, mentorship, and ongoing development are provided from day one.

You’ll be:
