We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this mid\-level role, you will provide essential data analysis and reporting functions that support performance management, statutory collections, and business transformation. Your insights will help shape evidence\-based decision\-making across the council, Integrated Care Systems (ICS), and departmental levels.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver reports that support decision\-making at all levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with BI Partners and Developers to enhance our data warehouse outputs.
- Support: Assist in performance management and statutory collections to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Communication: Present findings in an engaging manner to diverse stakeholders.
- Educational Background: A minimum of grade C in English and Maths at GCSE and evidence of ongoing professional development in a relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and DAX.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong background in data analysis and statistical techniques.
- Knowledge of Local Government: Familiarity with council structures and adult social care responsibilities is advantageous.
- Customer Care: A commitment to providing excellent service and anticipating customer needs.
