Business Development / Sales Executive (B2B)

solutions continue to expand, making more venues EV\-friendly.

2\. What you'll do
We are looking to expand our sales team through the Midlands with a strong
focus on the Hereford and Worcester areas, along with central Wales. We would
be keen to speak with applicants who can demonstrate previous success in this
location.
We have just started to create strong partnerships in the areas and want
someone who can focus on nurturing them full time. The role is remote (work
from home) but you will be expected to be attending a minimum of one sales
event or presentation per month across the Midlands.

We’re all about individual empowerment—you will be able to work with the
Head of Business Development to create your own sales strategy and you will
be supported to grow the business through this.
- Taking charge of the full sales cycle
- Cold B2B outreach via cold\-call, cold\-emails, or social media
- Nurturing prospective leads and winning back lapsed accounts
- Identifying, qualifying new business opportunities from a variety of channels
- Arranging on\-site appointments with engineers
- Planning and implementing a business development strategy with the head of sales to build up the pipeline
leads, including engaging with prospective businesses to explain our business
model, planning and running regional sales campaigns, and providing the
management team with progress updates, including market feedback around
competitive offerings, opportunity needs and generate innovative solutions.
We are offering a competitive salary, depending on experience, from £25,000
base salary per year (OTE £35,800\) with the following:

You'll gain insights into EV and EV charging markets, enabling you to better
meet businesses' needs. Working closely with the CEO and Business
Development Managers, you'll drive new business while honing your business
development and negotiation skills.
3\. Who you are
You should have proven work experience as a Sales Associate or a Sales
Account executive (or similar roles), ideally within hospitality, construction, real
estate or related industries where you have had to generate and develop
outbound leads.
If you have experience with B2B outbound sales via telephone cold calling or
cold emailing, we encourage you to apply even if you do not have the relevant
industry\-background.

Proactively building customer relationships in addition to maintaining
and improving customer satisfaction
Ability to contact communicate with different stakeholders in various
industries
Nice to have
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Understanding of sales performance metrics
A full UK driving license is required as this role requires travelling to partner
events.
