With continual growth we require a dedicated driven individual to become a valued member of our focussed sales team reporting to our National Sales Manager.

The Role

Business Development Manager – Vending (Central Scotland)

We are looking for a driven, commercially focused Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our vending channel. This is a field\-based, new\-business role focused on winning new accounts as well as building upon our strong relationships with existing customers.

You will move prospects from initial discovery straight to signed machine placements. You will pitch high\-footfall venues, negotiate B2B supply contracts, and implement creative strategies to capture market share. This is an elite combination of high\-energy prospecting and sophisticated relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Pipeline: Identify, approach, and secure high\-value machine placements in corporate offices, warehouses, manufacturing, leisure, education and healthcare sites.

  • Contract Negotiation: Navigate multi\-year rental, leasing, and profit\-share agreements with senior procurement officers and facility managers.

  • Territory Management: Systematically map out your geographic region to hit monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.

  • Competitor Displacement: Confidently handle objections to displace incumbent vending providers with our modernized hardware options.

  • Customer relationship: Ensure our existing customers know they are valued and expand the business relationship. The role will be 75% New Business 25% Account Management.
Who You Are
  • Proven B2B Winner: Ideally with minimum 2–3 years of face\-to\-face field sales experience.

  • Master Prospector: You excel at converting rejection into opportunity and understand that persistence closes deals.

  • Polished Communicator: Highly professional presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Licensed Driver: Must hold a full UK driving licence.
