Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry Strong proficiency with CRM software tools like Salesforce and other CRM platforms Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively Self\-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Join us as a Business Development Manager to energize our growth trajectory! Key Responsibilities , Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every customer. \* Take customer orders and recommend suitable cakes and products. Assist with cake decoration, finishing and presentation. \* Maintain high standards of cake quality and presentation. \* Support the day\-to\-day running of the branch. \* Manage customer enquiries and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. \* Help drive sales and promote products .Maintain a clean, organised and professional shop environment. Work effectively as part of a friendly and busy team.

Cake decoration experience is essential. The ideal candidate should have: Previous hands\-on experience in cake decorating.
