Hours: 25:00 \[\[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Tuesday \- Friday 05:00 \- 09:00, Saturday 00:30 \- 09:30\.
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Newcastle Depot, Drum Industrial Estate Chester Lee Street Newcastle DH2 1AE

- Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12\.71 per hour
- After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13\.94 per hour
- Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week \& overtime)
- Saturday \& Sunday Weekend Premium \+£4\.39 (Saturdays) applied to contracted hours
- Paid weekday and weekend overtime
- Additional Allowances:\-
o Night Duty Allowance (\+£2\.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00\) Plus:
- Excellent company pension
- Paid holiday allowance starting at 22\.5 days per year, rising with service

What you’ll be doing
- Unloading / Loading parcels
- Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
- Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail
- Someone with good attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
- Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
- Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
