Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance market presence


• Utilise CRM software and Salesforce to manage customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports


• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for all parties


• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion


• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions

Skills

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry


• Proficiency in CRM software with specific experience using Salesforce is highly desirable


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities


• Ability to analyse market data and utilise insights for decision\-making
