Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions
Skills
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry

  • Proficiency in CRM software with specific experience using Salesforce is highly desirable

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities

  • Ability to analyse market data and utilise insights for decision\-making
