Business Development Executive
Overview
Cold call and network businesses throughout the UK, selling service contracts for automatic and manual doors, gates, car park barriers and roller shutters. Predominantly office based but with a requirement to visit customers when required.
Working hours will be Monday\- Friday 8:30am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Holidays – 22 days (increasing by 1 day each year up to 25 days) \+ Day off on your Birthday
Salary \- 35\-40k Basic \+ Uncapped commission

Role \& Responsibilities
· Cold calling a variety of businesses
· Able to identify \& target specific business sectors/geographical areas
· Networking – Build relationships with potential customers
· Identify requirements for service contract through questioning techniques
· Identify \& follow up future requirements/opportunities
· Produce professional service contract quotations and submit
· Follow up all quotes in a timely manner
· Overcome any objections
· Convert to a sale
· Set up customer account
· Set up service contract on the system
Customer Service
· Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
· Able to calm angry or irate customers
· Go the “extra mile” for all customers
