This role is focused on driving new business growth within the hospitality technology sector, contributing directly to the expansion of a fast-scaling SaaS platform operating across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, while building strong, long-term relationships with hospitality clients. The position involves working closely with a Business Development Representative and reporting to senior sales leadership, ensuring alignment on pipeline strategy and revenue targets. You will engage with a variety of hospitality stakeholders, including hotels, venues, and conference centers, helping them adopt innovative cloud-based solutions. Operating in a remote-first, international environment, you will play a key role in shaping market penetration strategies and accelerating regional growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in consultative, solution-based selling.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals across SMB hospitality accounts in the European market.

  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies to identify, pursue, and convert new revenue opportunities.

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients, including hotels, groups, venues, and conference centers.

  • Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and lead commercial discussions through to successful closure.

  • Collaborate closely with the BDR team to optimize outreach efforts and ensure strong pipeline development.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, with occasional travel as required.

  • Continuously monitor market opportunities and contribute insights to refine the regional sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally within the hospitality tech industry.

  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving revenue targets.

  • Experience using a consultative or solution-selling approach in complex B2B sales environments.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first, and target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (German preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote-first working model with flexibility across Europe.

  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company in the hospitality technology space.

  • Exposure to international markets and cross-cultural teams spanning multiple continents.

  • High-impact role with direct influence on regional growth and commercial strategy.

  • Collaborative, people-first culture that values autonomy and innovation.

  • Access to modern tools and IT equipment of your choice (Mac or Windows).

  • Regular team meetups and global company events fostering strong team connection.
