Job description

We are a young Business Finance Brokerage specialising in Cash advance, Term Loans, Invoice Finance, Asset Finance Bridging, Growth Loans and Revolving Credit.

We are building a team and looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive based to join our sales team based in central London.

This is a role that requires a proactive, flexible, hardworking approach and positive attitude, if you are innovative and work towards meeting targets, we would love to hear from you.

The candidate MUST have previous experience within a Brokerage or Lending environment.

Primary Duties include:

  • Forging relationships with small \& medium businesses through field sales.

  • Proactively identifying and contacting businesses

  • Engaging prospects to understand their business requirements and identify new business opportunities.

  • Maintaining effective communication with prospective clients via face\-to\-face meetings, telephone and e\-mail.

  • Ensuring that the internal CRM system is updated with any new prospects, contacts, and opportunities and maintaining records accordingly.
What you will bring to the role:
  • Previous experience in forging relationships B2B within a brokerage or lending environment.

  • Positive, driven attitude with the ability to achieve sales targets.

  • Natural ability to speak with people and build long\-term relationships.

  • Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and competitors is essential.

  • Willingness and ability to develop and maintain knowledge of the industry.

  • Excellent research, planning and sales skills.

  • Be motivated by ambitious targets and do what it takes to achieve them.

  • Be a true all\-rounder and team player.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year \+ Incentives

Ability to commute/relocate: London
