Business Developer – Spanish Speaker M/F
Our group is one of the world leaders in subcontracting within the makeup industry, specializing in the manufacturing of nail polish, mascara, lip gloss, and recently face product. Our products are sold internationally, and we partner with renowned global brands.
To fill a vacancy, we are recruiting a Business Developer – Spanish Speaker to strengthen our commercial team and support the growth of our activities in strategic regions.
Your mission:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, your main responsibility will be to develop and manage business opportunities on international markets while ensuring strong customer relationships and project follow\-up.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of international clients and prospects
- Identifying new business opportunities and presenting projects internally for validation
- Organizing and carrying out regular customer visits and market research activities abroad
- Coordinating project follow\-up with Marketing, R\&D, Quality, and Commercial teams
- Preparing customer visit reports and presenting market feedback to management
- Managing price quotations and commercial proposals in collaboration with the Commercial Management
- Monitoring sales performance, margins, and forecasts on a regular basis
- Preparing and leading Product Development Committees (CDP) for assigned categories
- Ensuring the proper follow\-up of customer requests, samples, and ongoing projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or a similar commercial role
- Mandatory fluency in Spanish and English; any other language is considered a strong asset
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong team spirit
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and market trends
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and commercial processes is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently internationally
- A full\-time permanent contract in an international and fast\-growing environment
