Business Developer M/F
Our group is one of the world leaders in subcontracting within the makeup industry through its manufacturing activities of nail polish, semi\-permanent nail products, mascaras and eyeliners, lip glosses, powders, and foundations.
As part of our strong international growth, we are currently recruiting several International Business Developers (M/F) to support the expansion of our different Business Units in strategic markets.
Your mission:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director Group, your main responsibility will be to develop commercial activities within your geographical area and/or business sector.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
\-Identifying new business development opportunities
\-Expanding existing client accounts through offer diversification
\-Prospecting and developing new strategic leads
\-Building a 360° commercial approach integrating:
- Product development
- Client needs
- Packaging solutions
- Pricing positioning
- Market expectations
- Working closely with R\&D, Marketing, and operational teamsParticipating in the definition of development strategies adapted to each marketEnsuring commercial and strategic follow\-up of key accounts
- Business Developer – LATAM / Middle East / Spain
\-Strong cultural and commercial understanding of the targeted regions
\-Mandatory fluent Spanish and professional English; any additional language is considered an asset
- Business Developer – USA
\-Monthly travel alternating between the East Coast and West Coast
\-Strong ability to develop strategic partnerships and key accounts
\-Fluent English required
- Business Developer – France \& Europe / Groups \& Luxury
\-Strong understanding of premium and high\-end market expectations
\-Fluent French and English required
- Business Developer – Europe Full Service / Mass Market \& Masstige
\-Ability to manage complex international projects
\-Fluent English required
Your profile:
- Proven experience in international business development
- Strong results\-oriented and strategic development mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis according to the assigned market/region (mandatory).
- Global vision and strong market awareness
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and cross\-functional teams
- A full\-time permanent contract in an international and fast\-growing environment
