Business Developer – Mobility Market | Beyond Composite

At BeyondComposite, we design, develop and manufacture advanced composite solutions for demanding applications in the mobility and defence sectors.

As part of our European growth strategy, we are looking for a Business Developer – Mobility Market to play a key role in expanding our presence across the European market.

This is a strategic position for someone who knows the mobility ecosystem, has the network to open the right doors and is motivated by building business from the ground up.

Your mission

You will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across the European mobility market, with particular focus on: Railway \| Bus \| Trucks \| Marine. Working closely with our CEO and internal Engineering and Production teams, you will help connect customer needs with BeyondComposite’s technological capabilities and turn opportunities into long\-term business.

What you will do

• Implement the business development plan for the European mobility market.


• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities with OEMs, tier suppliers, and operators.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision\-makers and key stakeholders.


• Leverage your existing network to accelerate market penetration.


• Follow the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, in close cooperation with the CBDO.


• Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to align solutions with customer needs.


• Monitor and report industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.


• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across Europe.

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the mobility sector (railway, bus, trucks, or marine).


• Strong existing network in at least one of these markets.


• Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, or Italian is a strong advantage.


• Willingness and availability to travel extensively across Europe (very frequent travel required).


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


• Entrepreneurial mindset, result\-oriented, and able to work from home


• Knowledge in composite and thermoplastic materials is a plus.
