The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Representative to expand our presence within the Catholic church market. This role is focused on building relationships with parish priests, parish administrators, and diocesan decision\-makers through proactive outreach and cold calling.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self\-starter who enjoys sales, relationship building, and working independently.
Duties will include:
- Cold Calling to Catholic Churches and parishes in your area
- Introduce and promote our patented candle system.
- Build and maintain relationships with clergy and parish representatives.
- Manage your sales pipeline.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and growth objectives.
- Training teams involved in Church how to maintain stands (approx 15\-20 mins)
- Attractive commission\-only structure with strong earning potential.
- Existing customer base inherited from day one.
- Minimum expected earning of £31,500 per annum based on existing customerss and achievement of minimum sales targets.
- Uncapped commission structure with the opportunity to significantly exceed this level.
