Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

  • Organize and participate in meetings and workshops to ensure alignment between project objectives and business requirements

  • Assist in developing and implementing improved processes and system solutions

  • Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend adjustments where necessary

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of analysis, decisions, requirements, and project outcomes
Skills
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and assess complex organizational requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities with a focus on interpreting data and identifying meaningful insights

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels

  • Ability to manage tasks independently while also contributing effectively within a team

  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and project management software

  • Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to identify practical solutions to business challenges
