Whitefarm Lodge is a modern and welcoming purpose\-designed care home in Whitton, a quiet neighbourhood close to Twickenham in Middlesex. We provide personalised residential care for older people and specialist nursing care for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
We work closely with residents, their families and others to develop person\-centred care plans that take into account not just support needs, but lifetime experiences, interests, likes and dislikes. Each member of our team is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care and making sure that residents are happy and fulfilled. Lots of our team members have worked at Whitefarm Lodge for many years.
We’re always available to offer support to relatives and friends of residents, and four times a year we hold a special meeting where people can come along to find out more about what life at the home is like and how we care for residents with dementia. Residents also attend these meetings to share their experiences and talk about their daily lives.
