You’ll sell the full BT telecoms portfolio — mobile, connectivity, cloud voice, data, broadband and security — closing deals over the phone while collaborating with our Senior Field Team to maximise conversion on larger, high\-value opportunities.

This role focuses on winning and developing larger SME clients (20\+ employees, multi\-site, growth\-focused businesses).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new high\-value SME telecoms accounts

  • Selling across the BT product portfolio

  • Targeting larger businesses with complex, multi\-product requirements

  • Working alongside our Senior Field Team on strategic or multi\-site opportunities

  • Running consultative discovery calls with Directors and senior decision\-makers

  • Managing your pipeline using Salesforce and internal CRM systems

  • Driving revenue growth through upsell, cross\-sell and deeper portfolio penetration

  • Achieving ambitious revenue and margin targets
What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven B2B telecoms sales experience (required)
✔ Experience selling mobile, connectivity and hosted/VoIP solutions
✔ Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
✔ Comfortable engaging business owners and senior leaders
✔ Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
✔ CRM disciplined (Salesforce preferred)
✔ Motivated by high earnings and career progression

The Package

£32,000–£38,000 basic salary
£55,000\+ OTE (uncapped commission)
Hybrid working after 6 months (performance\-based)
Internal progression to Field Sales
