Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Bar Manager where you will oversee the daily operations of our bar. As a key leader, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and maintain high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities:
\- Lead by example in greeting and welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth
\- Manage food and drink orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
\- Provide top\-notch customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction
\- Utilize upselling techniques to promote menu items and specials for increased revenue
\- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery
\- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests' tables
\- Address guest needs promptly, resolving any issues or concerns effectively
\- Handle payment transactions accurately and manage cash transactions securely
\- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all work areas

Experience:
\- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a managerial role
\- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
\- Knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food production processes
\- Experience in bartending is a plus
\- Demonstrated expertise in team management and customer service

Skills:
\- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
\- Exceptional time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment
\- Basic math skills for accurate handling of payments and change
