Join the Brand team at a pivotal moment for Cambridge, as we continue to build and embed our English brand globally.

We are Cambridge University Press \& Assessment – a world\-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

This Brand Marketing Executive role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about brand and keen to build hands\-on experience in campaign delivery and content. You'll play a key role in supporting the creation and execution of brand activity, helping to bring our campaigns to life and embed our English brand across global audiences.

As a permanent member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across campaign delivery, content creation and brand management, working on high\-profile brand campaigns in a collaborative and fast\-moving environment. This is an exciting time to join as we continue to strengthen and embed our English brand for Cambridge worldwide.

Our mission is to contribute to society through the pursuit of education, learning and research at the highest international levels of excellence. Each year, we support millions of people in more than 170 countries – from teachers and learners to researchers and academics – helping to build confidence, unlock potential and enable success. We give people the opportunity to show what they've learnt, we spread knowledge, spark enquiry and aid understanding.

About the role

As part of the Brand team, you'll sit at the heart of where we turn plans into action – supporting the creation and delivery of brand campaigns across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with the broader team, you'll help bring our brand DNA, story and tone of voice to life in ways that resonate with our global audiences.

You'll play a hands\-on role in developing campaign assets, coordinating activity, and ensuring everything we produce is on brand and delivered to a high standard. From supporting campaign execution and content creation, to helping manage key touchpoints like our catalogue and owned channels, you'll be an important part of maintaining consistency and quality across our brand.

This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach. You'll work day\-to\-day with internal teams, agencies and partners, helping keep projects on track and contributing ideas along the way. You'll also support monitoring campaign performance, working with Social and Insights colleagues to understand impact and continuously improve what we do.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40\-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face\-to\-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long\-term health condition.

About you

You're at an early stage in your brand or marketing career, with experience contributing to campaigns and content in a brand\-led environment. You're organised, detail\-oriented and keen to build your skills across campaign delivery, content creation and brand management.

You're a creative thinker with strong writing skills, comfortable contributing ideas as well as getting stuck into execution. You enjoy working as part of a team, collaborating with different functions, and bringing energy and curiosity to everything you do.

You're motivated to learn, develop and grow, and excited by the opportunity to help embed our English brand both internally and externally.
