• Barista and food safety experience is an advantage.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Braeburn coffee operations, ensuring compliance with Braeburns standards and quality guidelines.


• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.


• Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.


• Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
