Are you an experienced Bodyshop Technician looking for a new challenge? TMS Motor Group, a family\-run business with a reputation for excellence, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our successful bodyshop Department at our Hinckley dealership.

Role Overview:

As a Bodyshop Technician, you will play a key role in our team, ensuring that our vehicles are prepped and finished to the highest standards. A full, clean UK driving licence and prior experience in a similar role are essential.

Key Tasks \& Responsibilities:

• Prepping vehicles prior to painting


• Masking vehicles prior to painting


• Conducting filler work and pin piling


• Performing other duties as assigned


• Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest quality standards


• Keeping work areas and tools tidy and in good working order


• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping

• Qualifications: a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role


• Skills: Good communication skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, excellent time management, and the ability to work systematically and with attention to detail


• Experience: Previous experience working to efficiency targets


• Personal Attributes: Honest, diligent, team player, takes pride in personal appearance and workplace organisation

• At least 3 years of experience in car body repair

• 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
