Role Purpose:
This role oversees and manages tender submissions and proposal content, coordinating stakeholders and supervising bid activity to ensure consistency, competitiveness, and sales team support that drives contract wins and business growth.
What I Do Is:
- Supervise the process for reviewing and summarising tender documents upon release, sending out to key internal stakeholders.
- Supervise the coordination of clarification requests and responses via relevant portals.
- Lead completion of Selection Questionnaires (SQs) and Pre\-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), liaising with Finance and Compliance as required.
- Manage communication with internal stakeholders to collate tender\-specific information.
- Run bid kick\-off and review meetings and lead bid/no\-bid process.
- Review content for tender submissions ensuring this is completed in a timely manner.
- Proofread, finalise and submit compliant tender submissions via tender portals.
- Develop and drive the continuous improvement of the internal Bid Library containing tender responses, company information, case studies and images.
- Analyse tender feedback to identify areas for improvement or competitive advantages and report back to the Head of Bids and Proposals.
- Manage the creation and library of proposal and presentation content creation process, identifying areas for templated content.
- Identify opportunities for further sales enablement activity.
The Skills I Need Are:
- Experience in writing and managing bids.
- Experience of working in a Cyber Security environment.
- Drive and ability to work both flexibly and autonomously, managing your own workload.
- Ability to think clearly under pressure and work in a rapidly changing environment, often with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Great general IT skills: Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc) and Loopio.
- A positive, professional, 'can do' and results\-oriented attitude with the ability to meet operational and customer needs.
