You’re joining a bid department that are part of a group structure, so you’re supporting the bid team with all administration and customer service, the team consists of 4 members of staff.
You’re the central point for all client communications, calls and emails, building long term relationships as well as diary management, document management and system maintenance.
Well versed, and the role is available due to internal promotion so joining a specific team means progression is endless. You learn a typical skill and absolutely thrive. They want you to grow and they’ll do what they can to get you there.
Remote working with x1 day per month in the office or expectation to travel for meetings (UK based) so someone from Greater Manchester area ideal as their head office is South Manchester.

Must be Greater Manchester based, and have administration and customer service experience, not afraid to pick up the phone and build relationships with clients (no sales involved, but genuinely just keeping the relationship momentum going) whilst managing the administration too.
