We're recruiting a Business Development Manager to join the team at Myers Huddersfield.

Your primary aim is to support our sales team in achieving sales targets. In doing so, this position plays a vital role in achieving sales budgets and profit growth.

What you'll be doing

• Contribute to the delivery of the sales and margin targets whilst maintaining a value proposition for the customer.


• Provide proactive leadership to colleagues communicating effectively, supporting training needs, aiding performance, and ensuring best utilization and engagement of the team.


• Be the focal point of contact for supplier representatives, ensuring they are afforded time and assistance to achieve collaborative working partnerships.


• Use our Management Systems to drive the sales effort in collaboration with the managers and group sales function to support initiatives to address areas of improvement.
