Were expanding our team at our Total Plumbing Supplies Shepton Mallet Branch and are looking for a reliable and customerfocused Bathroom Showroom Designer to support our trade and retail customers.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bathroom Showroom Designer to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Create high\-quality bathroom designs to meet customer needs
Maximise sales and margins
Deliver excellent customer service
Build strong relationships in person and over the phone
Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed on time
Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries from start to finish
Conduct showroom and on\-site customer meetings
Coordinate and complete bathroom sales
Serve all customers professionally and efficiently
Provide product advice and guidance
Offer a flexible service in\-store and at customer homes
Drive sales using effective selling techniques
Increase sales through linked selling opportunities
Prepare and price quotations quickly and accurately
Requirements
Full UK driving licence
Experience in the bathroom sector
Strong IT skills
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to follow and give instructions
Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Working Hours
Week 1 Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:00
Week 2: Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:00 \+ Saturday, 08:00 12:00
