Bar Supervisor/Assistant Manager

We are looking for a friendly and motivated bar supervisor/assistant manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and experience in cocktail\-making and bar service. Previous bar or restaurant experience is required but full training will be provided. You will play a key role in managing staff, managing stock, serving drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy their time with us.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non\-alcoholic drinks.


• Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well\-stocked.


• Take orders and provide recommendations in a professional, approachable manner.


• Handle payments accurately, including both cash and card transactions.


• Maintain high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience.


• Manage a team of bar staff.


• Handle stock rotation.


• Be a key holder.

• Excellent people skills with a focus on customer care.


• Experience in a hospitality setting..


• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment.


• Confidence handling money and processing transactions.


• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
