Bar Manager

Job Summary
Madhatters Dining Room is seeking an experienced and charismatic Bar Manager to lead our team and provide exceptional customer service. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, managing staff, and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

\* Manage the bar team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
\* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
\* Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
\* Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience
\* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
\* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our bar and increase sales
\* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the bar operates within budget
\* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications

\* Hospitality or bar management qualification (e.g. NVQ, City \& Guilds)
\* Experience with inventory management and stock control
\* Familiarity with point\-of\-sale systems and bar management software
\* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Requirements:

\* \-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or bar management environment
\* Excellent communication and leadership skills
\* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and multitask with ease
\* Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
\* Knowledge of cocktail making and wine is an advantage
\* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
