Bar Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in drinks service, including cocktails, and team management within a restaurant or hotel environment. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a thorough understanding of food safety standards. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, and beverage service, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Supervise and lead a team of bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the premises.
- Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating innovative drink options and food pairings.
- Train new staff members on service protocols, health \& safety procedures, and product knowledge.
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Organise staff schedules to optimise coverage during peak hours while maintaining labour costs.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality setting.
- Extensive background in Cocktails, wines and bar service.
- Experience in managing teams effectively in fast\-paced environments.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
- Familiarity with serving procedures, hospitality etiquette, and customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in bar management is advantageous however we will consider someone looking to take the next step in their career.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork.

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
