Bar/Events Manager

We are a local community Sports and Social Club looking for an experienced Bar/Events Manager to join our Team and drive our business forward. Reporting to the club committee the

The Role

· Manage day\-to\-day bar operations including staff supervision, inventory control and customer service.

· Manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during normal operating hours, peak times and special events.

· Handle room hire enquiries

· Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, increase the club’s profile and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

· Proven experience in a bar or hospitality management role

· Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

· Flexibility to work evening and weekends

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
