Key areas of experience:

• Real estate finance transactions


• Corporate lending and acquisition finance


• Secured lending matters


• Refinancing and restructuring transactions


• Acting for lenders, borrowers, investors, and financial institutions


• Bilateral and syndicated lending arrangements


• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation


• Intercreditor and guarantee arrangements


• Property finance and development finance transactions


• General banking and finance advisory work


• Business development and client relationship management


• Team leadership, supervision, and mentoring experience

Key skills and attributes:

• Strong technical Banking \& Finance expertise


• Established Partner\-level experience or readiness to step into a Partner role


• Existing following, lender relationships, referrer network, or demonstrable business case


• Proven ability to maintain and grow long\-term client relationships


• Commercial awareness with a strategic and growth\-focused mindset


• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities


• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


• Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach


• Ability to contribute strategically to the continued growth and development of the practice area
